Situation
We send the "Understanding FICO Scores" booklet to partners and banks and use the booklet on the myFICO marketing site and blogs to generate leads or as an educational piece. In order to make the content easier to absorb and read, I was assigned to redesign the booklet as my first project when I joined FICO.
Tasks
My goal was to make the "Understanding FICO Score" topic more consumer-friendly and easier to absorb by adding colors, infographics and tables to accompany the lengthy paragraphs and help ease the confusion of FICO® Scores.
Action
I used Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator to redesign the entire booklet.
Result
We have distributed the booklet to our partners.
